Great beach with clear waters perfect for snorkeling and good weather year-round. Plus, the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and the overall budget was affordable for most travelers.
The hotel staff lacked customer service skills, the rooms were unsanitary, and the food was inedible. The WiFi connection was nonexistent, and the noise levels were unbearable at night due to construction work.

We had a fantastic time being right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and stocked fridge. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. We enjoyed the beach activities and lounged on comfy chairs all day. It was great to have a sushi bar and Italian restaurant right on site.
The lobby at night was a bit too quiet and dark, so we didn't spend much time there.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The best part was definitely the location. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach right outside our room. It was so convenient to be able to walk just a few steps and be right on the beach. We also loved being close to the ruins of Tulum, which made for a great day trip. The hotel's proximity to the reef was another highlight, as we were able to go snorkeling and see some incredible marine life.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the sparkling cleanliness and delicious breakfast. The transportation was convenient, and the awesome staff were involved in everything. Plus, the location to the Tulum ruins made for a fantastic day out.

The beach was absolutely stunning, and we spent many relaxing days lounging on the sand. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and beautifully landscaped, creating a lovely atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the variety of food options, with a mix of international and local dishes that satisfied all our cravings.
Our room was a bit outdated and could have used some updates. some of the staff were not very responsive to our requests, which was frustrating at times.
